Our hydraulic slip form jack has developed from previous 3t ball screw jack models into today's 3.5t, 6t, 9t and 10t jacks which come in several types and have various functions. There is no doubt that the usage of heavy lifting jacks greatly facilitates slip forming projects.
As a specialized hydraulic jacking equipment manufacturer, we offer a complete line of slip form jacks with a capacity range of 3-10 tons, a stroke of 50mm and double acting performance. The slip form jacking equipment that we supply is primarily used for concrete poured silo construction.
It is worth noting that the optimum height of slip forms is 1.2m. If it is too high, the side pressure of the concrete to the form board will increase and the attachment weld at the corner columns of the frame can be compromised, resulting in form swelling.
